Important: This warranty is valid only if all details are completed, subject to the terms and conditions specified here in its authorized distributor, supplier or dealers.
Terms and Conditions:
- The Warranty policy covers spare parts and labor charges only on original period. Additional warranty time labor charge will not be covered. Parts will be free of charge.
- The product requiring service should be brought or sent to one of our service centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- No accessories should be sent with the unit; unless it’s required, otherwise the service center will not be responsible for any loss or damage to such accessories.
- If any time during the warranty period, the product has been dismantled or repaired by any unauthorized person, the purchaser will not be entitled for warranty.
- Products life cycle is 5 Years from purchase order, Hisense not responsible to provide any parts or soft ware update for products more than 5 years.
This warranty will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by fire, accident or any other natural disaster, misuse, wear and tear, negligence, incorrect adjustment.
- Damage caused through installation, adaptation or modification.
- Damage caused by local voltage fluctuation.
- Damage caused by downloading software from other sources.
- Damage caused by improper power source voltage/frequency.
- Product used for industrial or commercial purposes.
- Serial numbers that have been altered, deleted, removed, or are illegible.
This warranty does not cover the following consumable items: Batteries, CDs, dust bags, AV heads, cabinets, out cases, headphones, remote controls, house and pipes and all accessories.
If the required parts are out of stock or not available, repair work may be subject to delay.
If delay exceeds that required by law the customer is entitled to get replacement.
Special support is provided only with the below-mentioned parts. All the related accessories and labor amount will be charged separately. Customer should produce the original Invoice for availing this facility.

Returns & Service Policy
DOA (Defect on Arrival) Policy
(Requires official proof of purchase)
- Customers should first contact Hisense self-service support via WhatsApp Chatbot at 0538230021 to troubleshoot the issue and attempt to resolve it without returning the product.
- If the issue is not resolved through the chatbot, customers must call 8008501018 to register a service request. An authorized service technician will be scheduled to visit. If the product is returned to Hisense, a diagnostic test will be conducted to confirm whether it is defective.
- If a defect is confirmed during installation, customers may also send the unit directly to an Authorized Service Center for immediate claim processing.
- If the diagnostic test shows that the product is not defective based on the reason provided, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
- If the product is confirmed to be defective based on the reason provided, the customer is eligible to receive a replacement.
- If a replacement is not available:
- Hisense will offer the customer the option to upgrade to a higher model (with payment of the price difference), or
- Downgrade to a lower model (with the price difference refunded).
- Customers will be entitled to refund only if replacement, upgrade, or downgrade options are not available with considering the depreciation deduction.
- Cases reported after 7 days, or without official supporting documents or communication through Hisense self-service support or the call center, will not be eligible for 7-day DOA claims.
